All businesses listed on RankBusinessListings.com must be legitimate, legally operating businesses. By submitting a listing, you confirm that: (a) you are authorized to represent the business; (b) all information provided is accurate and truthful; (c) the business complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund.
By submitting content (listings, photos, descriptions, reviews), you grant RankBusinessListings.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to submit: false or misleading information; content that infringes intellectual property rights; spam, malware, or harmful code; content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
Reviews must be based on genuine customer experiences. Fake, incentivized, or competitor-posted reviews are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Business owners may not review their own business or competitors.
You may not: (a) use the Site for any illegal purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission; (c) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site; (d) create multiple accounts or impersonate others; (e) use the Site to send unsolicited communications; (f) reverse engineer any part of the Site.
Certain features (SEO landing pages, featured listings) require payment. All fees are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
